乡村振兴背景下对精准扶贫中稳定脱贫的思考

摘要
影响稳定脱贫有着诸多的因素,其中有政策因素、个人因素、环境因素等,精准扶贫中实现稳定脱贫要多措并举,对精准扶贫中的各类风险进行识别,采取合理的措施让贫困户真脱贫、防返贫。在实施乡村振兴战略的大背景下,精准扶贫有效推动实现贫困群众稳定脱贫、逐步致富,全面建成小康社会。
