摘要
针对反渗透膜面临的蛋白质污染和生物污染问题,以聚多巴胺为中间层,将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)/银纳米粒子聚合物复合材料为引入到商品反渗透膜表面,制备出多巴胺-PVP银改性抗污染反渗透膜。相比于未改性膜,改性膜的通量下降了25%,截留率保持不变,抗生物污染实验表明改性膜对革兰氏阳性菌枯草杆菌和革兰氏阴性菌大肠杆菌均具有良好的杀菌性能。
as to proteins and biological pollution problems of the reverse osmosis membrane,with an intermediate layer of poly dopamine,polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)/polymer composite silver nanoparticle is introduced into the surface of the RO membranes for manufacturing dopamine- PVP silver modified reverse osmosis membrane fouling.Compared to the unmodified membrane,modified membrane flux decreased by 25%,and the rejection rate remains constant,the anti-biofouling experiments show that both the modified membrane of gram-positive bacteria Bacillus subtilis and Gram-negative bacteria Escherichia coli have good fungicidal properties.
