真武汤加减联合托拉塞米治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效及对血浆PRA和ALD的影响

摘要
目的观察真武汤加减联合托拉塞米治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效及对血浆PRA和ALD的影响。方法将2016年6月—2018年5月来我院接受诊治的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者110例,按随机数字表达法将其患者分为对照组和观察组(每组55例)。对照组给予托拉塞米治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予真武汤加减联合托拉塞米治疗。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后血浆PRA和ALD水平以及不良反应情况。结果对比2组治疗总有效率,对照组总有效率显著低于观察组(χ~2=5. 892,P=0. 015)(P <0. 05); 2组患者治疗前血浆PAR和ALD水平比较无明显差异(P>0. 05),且治疗后观察组血浆PRA和ALD水平显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗过程中观察组患者不良反应发生率(12. 73%)明显低于对照组(36. 36%)(P <0. 05)。结论真武汤加减联合托拉塞米治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭具有较好的治疗效果,能降低血浆PRA和ALD水平,其不良反应少,可作为理想治疗方法大力推广。
Objective To observe the effect of Zhenwu decoction combined with Tora Semide on chronic congestive heart failure( CHF) and its effect on plasma PRA and ALD. Methods 110 patients with chronic congestive heart failure( CHF) from June 2016 to May 2018 were divided into control group( n = 55) and observation group( n = 55). The control group was treated with Tora Semi,and the observation group was treated with Zhenwu decoction combined with Tora Seemi on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,plasma PRA and ALD levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group( χ~2= 5. 892,P = 0. 015)( P < 0. 05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in plasma PAR and ALD levels before treatment( P > 0. 05),and the plasma PRA and ALD levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group( 12. 73%) was significantly lower than that in the control group( 36. 36%)( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Zhenwu decoction combined with Tora Semi has good therapeutic effect on chronic congestive heart failure. Can reduce plasma PRA and ALD levels,its adverse reactions are less,can be used as an ideal treatment to promote.
