摘要
目的了解贵州省食源性蜡样芽胞杆菌的毒力基因分布及耐药谱,为蜡样芽胞杆菌食源性疾病的防治提供参考依据。方法采用PCR方法对2015-2017年贵州省60株食源性蜡样芽胞杆菌进行10种毒力基因的检测;采用K-B法检测10种抗生素的敏感性。结果 60株蜡样芽胞杆菌共发现16种毒力基因携带模式,其中nheB、nheC检出率100%,nheA、entFM为96.67%(58/60),hblA为63.33%(38/60),hblC为56.67%(34/60),hblD为53.33%(33/60),bceT为15%(9/60),ces为3.33%(2/60)。60株蜡样芽胞杆菌对庆大霉素、氯霉素、环丙沙星、万古霉素敏感率100%,对四环素、红霉素、克林霉素、氨苄西林、甲氧苄啶的敏感率分别为98.33%、91.67%、86.67%、13.33%、3.33%,对头孢吡肟100%耐药。结论贵州省食源性蜡样芽胞杆菌毒素基因携带率较高,存在引起食源性疾病的风险。氨苄西林、甲氧苄啶、头孢吡肟不建议作为蜡样芽孢杆菌引起的食源性疾病的临床治疗用药。
        Objective To understand the virulent gene profiles and antimicrobial resistance of foodborne Bacillus cereus in Guizhou province,and to provide reference for the control of foodborne diseases.Methods By using PCR method,10 virulent genes of 60 food-borne B.cereus strains in Guizhou province were detected.Antibiotic sensitivity of these strains was also detected using keyboard(K-B)method.Results A total of 16 toxigenic patterns were found in 60 B.cereus strains.The detection rates of gene nheB and nheC were 100%,while nheA and entFM were 96.67%.Detection rates of hblA,hblC,hblD,bceT and ces were 63.33%,56.67%,53.33%,15% and 3.33%,respectively.For gene cytK,detection rate was negligible.All B.cereus strains were sensitive to gentamicin,chloramphenicol,ciprofloxacin and vancomycin,but were resistant to cefepime.The sensitivity rates to tetracycline,erythromycin,clindamycin,ampicillin,and trimethoprim were 98.33%,91.67%,86.67%,13.33%,and 3.33%,respectively.Conclusion The food-borne B.cereus toxin gene carrying rate in Guizhou province is high,so there is a risk of foodborne diseases.Ampicillin,trimethoprim,and cefepime are not recommended as clinical treatments for foodborne diseases caused by B.cereus.
