鼻渊合剂联合推拿辅助治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎44例临床观察

摘要
目的观察自制鼻渊合剂联合推拿治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将88例过敏性鼻炎患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,各44例。对照组采用氯雷他定糖浆治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加用自制鼻渊合剂口服及小儿推拿治疗,2周为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗后2组症状、体征评分明显下降,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组评分下降更显著(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率为95.5%,明显高于对照组的77.3%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制鼻渊合剂联合推拿辅助治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pediatric allergic rhinitis treated by combination of self-made Biyuan Heji( 鼻渊合剂) and Tuina.Methods Eighty-eight cases of children with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,44 cases in each one. The control group was treated with loratadine syrup,while the treatment group was given additionally self-made Biyuan Heji and Tuina.Two weeks constituted one course of treatment,and clinical efficacy was observed after 2 courses.Results The symptoms and signs scores of the 2 groups decreased significantly after treatment,and there was significant difference before and after treatment in both groups( P<0.01),and the signs scores decreased more significantly in the treatment group( P<0.01); the total effective rate was 95.5% in the treatment group,which was much higher than 77.3% in the control group,there was statistically significant difference between the 2 groups( P<0.05).Conclusion Biyuan Heji combined with Tuina has a certain effect on adjuvant treatment of children with allergic rhinitis,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
