摘要
厘清气态前体物对城市雾霾的作用机理,对于提高城市雾霾污染治理水平具有重要意义。以186个城市为样本,采用动态空间面板模型分析了气态前体物SO_2、CO、NO_2和O_3对城市雾霾浓度的影响。研究发现,气态前体物对城市雾霾具有显著的影响,影响大小依次为NO_2、SO_2、O_3和CO;雾霾污染具有显著的空间相关性,不同地区雾霾的空间相关性存在差异;气态前体物对城市雾霾的影响存在滞后效应和溢出效应。建议加强对气态前体物浓度的监测和源头的监控,制定大气污染的协同治理方案和季节性应急预案。
To clarify the action mechanism of gaseous precursors on Urban Haze is of great significance for improving the governance level of Urban Haze pollution.Taking 186 cities as samples,the influence of gaseous precursors SO_2,CO,NO_2 and O_3 on urban haze concentration was analyzed by using dynamic space panel model.The study found that gaseous precursors have significant effects on urban haze,and the order of influence is NO_2,SO_2,O_3 and CO;the haze pollution has significant spatial correlation,and there are differences in the spatial correlation of haze in different regions;the effect of gaseous precursors on Urban Haze is delayed and spillover.It is suggested that we should strengthen the monitoring of the concentrations and the source of gaseous precursor and establish the collaborative treatment plans of air pollution and seasonal contingency plans.
