摘要
介绍了双螺杆挤出机的3种螺杆组合,并就不同螺杆组合对UHMWPE填充SiO2材料力学性能的影响进行了分析,最终设计出一种适合于UHMWPE填充SiO2材料生产加工的螺杆组合方式。结果表明,采用适当的螺杆组合能有效改善UHMWPE填充SiO2材料的物理性能。
Three screw combinations for twin-screw extruder were presented and their influences on SiO2 physical property were analyzed to design a proper screw combination for the ultra-high molecular weight PE( UHMWPE) filling with SiO2. The experimental results show that a proper screw combination can improve the SiO2 physical property effectively.
