俄罗斯工程机械维修技术探析

摘要
对近年来俄罗斯工程机械维修新理论、维修新技术、维修新工艺、升级型再制造和改型再制造、维修机具创新,以及大数据分析和信息技术在维修决策中的应用等进行综述,归纳俄罗斯工程机械维修技术特点,提出创新维修的主要方向是:优化复合维修的方式,优选维修材料,优化维修工艺流程,优选维修机具,引入大数据分析和信息技术优选维修方案等。
It is a summary description of Russian new innovations in construction machinery repair and maintenance for the recent years such as new theory, new techs, new items of workmanship, upgraded re-manufacture and version remanufacture, innovated maintenance tooling, as well as big data analysis and information tech applied to maintenance decisions, while summarizing Russian tech features in CE maintenance and putting forth their major orientation as:Optimizing compound maintenance,optimizing maintenance materials, optimizing repair operational flow, optimizing maintenance tooling, and introducing big data analysis and information tech into preference solutions to the maintenance undertaking.
