摘要
现代蜂窝通信系统中,由于小区间的互相干扰,小区边缘用户成为性能提升的瓶颈。针对这一问题,本文考虑采用多小区联合检测来提高小区边缘用户的性能,重点关注干扰信号采用空时编码时的检测问题。通过将相关符号周期的传输综合建模,本文提出了一种联合最小均方误差(Joint-Minimum Mean-Squared Error, J-MMSE)检测算法;并分别讨论了服务小区采用空时编码和空分复用传输时的算法设计。仿真结果表明,与传统检测算法相比,所提的J-MMSE检测算法,可以以较低的复杂度获得显著的性能增益;为多小区联合检测提供了一个有吸引力的选择。
In modern cellular communication systems, due to the interference from neighbor cells, the performance of cell-edge users becomes the bottleneck of the whole system. To solve the problem, this paper discusses the multi-cell joint detection schemes, focusing focuses on the suppression of interference signals with space-time coding. By combining the transmissions in all relevant symbol periods, we propose a Joint-Minimum Mean-Squared Error(J-MMSE) detection algorithm; and detail its applications in the scenarios where the target signal is transmitted with space-time coding or spatial multiplexing, respectively. The simulation results show that the proposed J-MMSE scheme can achieve a significant performance gain over traditional designs with low complexity, which provides an attractive option for multi-cell joint detection.
