重庆市经济发展与环境污染相关性分析

摘要
利用重庆市2000—2014年经济环境数据,建立经济增长与污染物排放量的EKC模型,系统分析重庆市经济发展与环境污染的相关性及变化趋势。研究结果表明,重庆市经济发展与污染物排放量之间存在N型和部分倒U型曲线关系,污染物排放并非完全随着经济增长而先增后减,而是也可能出现反复波动,环境与经济和谐发展需要靠人为积极干预,环境质量在一定的经济增长阶段可以通过调整经济结构、优化能源结构、积极推广清洁生产技术、加大环境治理力度以及实施有效的环境政策等外在调节手段而得到改善。
This paper established the EKC model of economic growth and pollutant discharge based on the environmental and economic data of Chongqing from 2000 to 2014,and systematically analyzed the correlation between them and the variation trend thereof. Results suggested that there was an N-type and a partial inverted U-type curve correlation between economic growth and pollutant discharge of Chongqing,which meant pollutant discharge did not entirely follow the pattern of "increase first and decrease afterwards"while economic growth increased,but fluctuated repeatedly instead. The balance between environment and economic development depends on positive external intervention from human,such as economic restructuring,energy structure optimization,promoting clean production technology,tightening environmental control,and implementing effective environmental policies.
