摘要
针对当前材料粘弹性主要评价方法存在的不足,引入了具有非接触、完全无损等特点的空气耦合超声评价技术。基于材料粘弹性理论和空气耦合超声基本原理,提出了空气耦合超声检测进行材料粘弹性评价的理论与方法,通过测量反射系数、波速和衰减系数等参数来计算得到材料的存储模量、损耗模量和损耗角正切值。开展了空气耦合超声评价材料粘弹性的实验研究,并与成熟DMA实验进行了对比验证,结果吻合良好,证明了空气耦合超声技术评价材料粘弹性的先进性和准确性。
        In view of the deficiencies of the main evaluation methods of viscoelasticity,the air-coupled ultrasonic evaluation technology was introduced with the characteristics of non-contact and nondestructive. Based on the theory of viscoelasticity and air-coupled ultrasonic,the theory and experimental method of the air-coupled ultrasonic evaluation for viscoelsaticity were proposed. The storage modulus,loss modulus and loss angle tangent were achieved through the measurement of reflection coefficient,wave velocity and attenuation coefficient. The testing study of air-coupled ultrasonic evaluation for viscoelasticity was carried out,the method was compared with the DMA testing,the results were very consistent. The advancement and accuracy of air-coupled ultrasonic evaluation for viscoelsaticity was proved.
