摘要
电磁拔销器可利用得失电原理实现引信的安全状态可恢复功能。为了使引信或安保机构能够简便获得电磁拔销器已完成解保程序或已恢复安全状态的信息,提出具有状态识别特征的引信用电磁拔销器,在目前使用的电磁拔销器结构的基础上增加了触发部件和信号输出部件,将其工作过程同步为信号输出部件通断的过程,使引信或安保机构通过信号采集就可获得安全状态信息。结果表明:该电磁拔销器工作状态稳定,信号输出可靠,最小响应时间为3 ms。
        Electromagnetic actuator can realize safety state restoration function of fuze via switching on or off. In order to make fuze or safety and arming device easily obtain the information of relief safety procedure accomplishment and security status recovery of electromagnetic actuator, a new electromagnetic actuator with state recognition feature used in fuze is proposed, in which the triggering unit and signal output unit are added. The working principle of electromagnetic actuator is synchronized with switching process of signal output unit. The fuze or safety and arming device can obtain the safety state information by means of signal acquisition. The test results show that the operation state of this new electromagnetic actuator is stable, the signal output is reliable, and the best-case response time is 3 ms.
