基于ERG理论的公众参与医疗服务评价研究

摘要
文章从公众参与视角对医疗服务评价进行深入分析和探讨,为公众参与医疗服务评价提供理论依据和支撑。针对医疗服务评价中公众需求和国内医疗服务评价体系的现状,首先基于ERG理论构建了面向公众参与医疗服务评价的模型;接着采用问卷调查方法,对公众参与的医疗服务评价模型进行了验证。研究发现,在政府机构主导的医疗服务评价前提下,该模型可以较好地满足公众不同层次的医疗需求,还能更好地调动不同群体公众参与的积极性,激励公众深度参与医疗服务系统的评价。本研究可为公众参与医疗服务评价提供理论支持和实践指导。
From the public participation perspective, this paper thoroughly analyzes and discusses the assessment of medical service, providing a theory and support for public participation in medical evaluation. In view of the current situation of the public demand and domestic evaluation system in medical service evaluation, firstly, a model for public participation in medical service evaluation is constructed based on ERG theory, and then a questionnaire survey is used to verify the evaluation model of public participation. The study shows that under the premise of a government agencyled evaluation of medical service, the model can better meet the medical need of different levels of the public, and it can also better mobilize the enthusiasm of different groups of public participation and encourage the public to participate deeply in the evaluation of the medical service system. This study can provide theoretical support and practical guidance for public participation in smart medical care.
