大学生创业的社会支持网络功能实现研究

摘要
大学生作为创业活动中的创业群体,其创业成效受多种因素的影响。梳理现有政策项目及查阅政府相关部门的官方网站,归纳支持大学生创业政策的类型,通过考察大学生作出创业决策之后获取创业资源的各种有效渠道及运行状况,发现社会支持网络影响大学生创业政策绩效。进一步对现有的大学生创业社会支持网络的功能及其关联关系结构进行分析,在分析大学生创业社会支持网络功能实现路径的基础上,提出促进大学生创业成效的社会支持网络发展的对策建议。
As an entrepreneurial group in entrepreneurial activities, the entrepreneurial effectiveness of college students is affected by a variety of factors. This paper combs the existing policy projects and consults the official websites of the relevant government departments, sums up the types of policies in support of college students' entrepreneurship,and investigates the various effective channels and operational conditions of obtaining entrepreneurial resources after college students make entrepreneurial decisions, finds that social support network affects the performance of college students' entrepreneurship policy. The paper further analyzes the functions of the existing entrepreneurial social support network and its related relationship structure, and on the basis of analyzing the realization path of the network function of college students' entrepreneurial social support network, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of social support network to promote the effectiveness of college students' entrepreneurship.
