摘要
文章首先阐述金融科技环境下中小银行的发展背景,并进一步分析了中小银行发展金融科技的必要性、优势条件、转型困境等,然后从战略框架、业务流程、风险管理三个角度分析其布局金融科技的个性策略,即中小银行的金融科技布局战略要立足个性化、精准化、开放化、可操作化的原则,以客户为中心精准定位实现差异化经营,并简化业务流程拓宽业务场景,推动中小银行市场化、零售化的转型和数据化、智能化风控效率的提升。最后建议中小银行在个性化转型的过程中科学应用金融科技相关技术,改变自身思路以开放合作的态度做好"软转型"的准备,最终实现全面高质量的经营效益提升。
        First of all, the article expounds the development background of small and medium-sized banks in the financial technology environment,and analyzes the necessity, advantages and transformation dilemmas of small and medium-sized banks in developing financial technology. Then it analyzes the specific strategies of applying financial technology from three perspectives : strategic framework, operational process and risk management. The planning strategy of financial technology for small and medium-sized banks should be based on the principles of individualization, precision, openness, and practicality. At the same time, it should adhere to the precise customer-centered positioning to achieve differentiated management. It also simplifies business processes and broadens business scenarios, promotes the marketization and the new retail of small and medium-sized banks, and improves risk control efficiency. Finally, it is recommended that small and medium-sized banks scientifically apply financial-related technologies in the process of individualized transformation, change their own thoughts, and prepare for "soft transformation" with an open and cooperative attitude, and ultimately improve the over-all and high-quality operational effectiveness.
