苏南小菜园式社区支持农业发展研究

摘要
在追求生态安全农产品的消费中,社区支持农业是一种重要的形式,近年来在中国发展迅速。通过对江苏常州小菜园项目的调研,对其中的模式、机制进行了分析,从食物安全、消费传统、生态保护、资源利用、劳动就业、市场对接、乡村环境、农业科普8个方面分析了这种小菜园式社区支持农业的发展优势,并就安全把控、营销模式、政府作用等方面提出了相关建议。
Community supported agriculture is an important form of agricultural products consumption in pursuit of ecological safety,which has developed rapidly in China in recent years. Based on the investigation of the small vegetable garden project in Changzhou of Jiangsu Province, this study analyzed the modes and mechanisms of the small vegetable garden project. It analyzed the advantages of the small vegetable garden of community supported agriculture from eight aspects: food safety, consumption tradition, ecological protection, resource utilization, employment, market docking, rural environment and agricultural science popularization. It also discussed the control of safety, marketing mode and the role of the government. Relevant suggestions were put forward.
