摘要
济南轨道交通R3线一期工程控配中心A区地上23层,主体结构高度97.95m,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系,设置4层裙房,裙房顶收进。本文首先结合地质条件介绍了项目的地基基础设计选型。随后,系统介绍了项目的结构分缝方案。同时,对项目上部结构选型和不规则判别过程进行了具体陈述。最后,对局部吊挂结构的设计措施和结构超长处理措施进行了重点介绍。研究及设计结果表明:通过选用合理的计算措施和设计措施,原结构的不规则性得到有效控制,结构各项计算指标可以较好地满足规范要求,结构安全、可靠,结构设计可行。
The first-stage project of Jinan rail transit control and distribution center, Zone A with the height of 97.95 m and 23 floors on the ground, uses the frame-shear wall structure system and sets up a 4-storey annex, the top of which is irregular geometry. Firstly, combined with geological conditions, this paper introduces the foundation selection design of the project. Secondly, we systematic introduce the structural slitting scheme in this paper. Meanwhile, the structural system selection and irregular discrimination of the superstructure are presented in this paper. Finally, the design measures of part suspension structure and the treatment measures of super-long structure are emphatically introduced. Researches and design results show that, by using reasonable computational measures and design measures, the irregularity of the original structure has been effectively controlled, and the structural calculation indexes can match the requirements of the standards. The structure is safe, reliable and the structural design is feasible.
