摘要
为了提高突发事故下应急船只的疏导能力,保持交通畅通,需要进行船只应急调度算法优化设计,提出基于并行动态负载均衡的突发事故应急船只调度算法,采用分布式的网格区域模型对船只交通网络进行群体隔离,结合动态负载均衡方法进行船只出入港流量的疏导模型设计,通过并行控制方法进行突发事故下船只调度控制,实现船舶应急交通网络的负载均衡,提高了船舶在突发事故下的应急疏导能力。仿真结果表明,采用该算法进行应急船只调度的控制性能较好,负载均衡能力较强,提高了船舶交通的应急处置能力。
        In order to improve the ship emergency accident counseling ability,to keep the traffic flowing,the need for ship emergency scheduling algorithm optimization design,put forward the ship accident parallel dynamic load balancing scheduling algorithm based on the grid model of distributed area of social isolation on vessel traffic network,combined with the dynamic load balancing method for ship model design guidance the entry port traffic accidents,ship scheduling under control through the parallel control method,to realize load balancing in emergency transportation network,improve emergency burst accident in the ship's grooming capability.The simulation results show that the control performance by using the algorithm of emergency ship scheduling better load balancing ability,improve emergency disposal the traffic capacity of the ship.
