摘要
目的研究微信预约静脉采血服务模式在医院检验科门诊静脉采血中的应用情况,评判其使用价值。方法选择2017年8月~2018年7月成都市新都区人民门诊静脉采血患者75 107例,其中取号排队采血66 718例(随机选取950例患者为对照组),微信预约采血患者8389例(随机选取950例患者为对照组)。统计各月门诊静脉采血例数和该月微信预约采血患者例数及采血等待时间,分析不同年龄段(18~30、>30~40、>40~50、>50岁)微信预约采血患者的占比。比较两组采血等候时间和就医满意度。结果微信预约静脉采血从2017年8月的1.71%升至2018年7月的16.76%,>30~40岁微信预约占比最高(25.49%),而>50岁占比最低(2.18%)。实验组患者采血等待时间[(4.9±1.8)min]短于对照组[(33.7±17.3)min],实验组总满意率(99.58%)高于对照组(71.30%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论微信预约采血具有操作简单、快速简便、能显著缩短等待时间等优点,可提高就诊满意度,减少医疗纠纷发生,并有效节约门诊护理工作人员劳动力,提高工作效率,值得推广应用。
        Objective To study the application of WeChat appointment venous blood collection service mode in department of laboratory medicine, and evaluate its value. Methods From August 2017 to July 2018, in People′s Hospital of Xindu District, 75 107 patients took venous blood collection were selected, 66 718 cases uesd the way of taking a queue number(950 cases were selected randomliy as control group), 8389 cases used the way of WeChat appointment(950 cases were selected randomliy as experiment group). The cases of venous blood collection and WeChat appointment in each month were counted, proportion of WeChat appointment in different age composition(18-30, >30-40, >40-50,and >50 years old) was analyzed. The blood collection waiting time and medical satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The proportion of WeChat appointment for venous blood collection ranged from 1.71% in August2017 rose to 16.76% in July 2018, and proportion of WeChat appointment in >30-40 years old was yhe highest(25.49%), proportion in >50 years old was the lowest. The patients′ waiting time for blood collection [(4.9±1.8) min] in experiment group was significantly lower than control group [(33.7±17.3) min], the satisfaction rate in experiment group(99.58%) was significantly higher than control group(71.30%), the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion WeChat appointment blood collection is simple and quick to operate, and it can significantly shorten the waiting time, improve the satisfaction of medical treatment, reduce the occurrence of medical disputes, and effectively save the labor of outpatient nursing staff, improve work efficiency, it is worthy of promotion and application.
