摘要
为明确海南地方稻抗旱差异性,采用人工反复干旱和自然干旱相结合的方法,研究33份海南地方稻资源的抗旱性。结果表明,在不同生育时期,采用不同的评价指标,海南地方稻资源抗旱性排序不同;海南地方稻资源的抗旱性具有明显差异,且抗旱性总体较强,强抗资源占6.06%,中抗资源占81.82%,弱抗资源占12.12%,其中Z 1、Z 30两份资源具有强抗旱性,建议在季节性干旱地区推广,而Z 4、Z 19、Z 24、Z 25几份资源抗旱性较弱;生育后期干旱对地方稻资源影响较大;抗旱性强的资源能够通过促进分蘖和延长生育期来适应干旱胁迫。
        In order to identify the differences of drought resistance of local rice in hainan,the drought resistance of 33 local rice resources in hainan was studied by combining artificial repeated drought with natural drought.The results showed that the order of drought resistance of rice resources in hainan was different with different evaluation indexes in different growing periods.The drought resistance of local rice resources in hainan had significant differences,and the overall drought resistance was relatively strong.The strong drought resistance resources accounted for 6.06%,among which 81.82% and the weak drought resistance resources accounted for 12.12%.Germplasm resources named Z 1 and Z 30 had strong drought resistance,which were suggested to be popularized in the seasonal arid areas.while Z 4,Z 19,Z 24 and Z 25 were weak in drought resistance.Drought in late growth stage had great influence on local rice resources.Drought resistant resources can adapt to drought stress by promoting tillering and prolonging growth period.
