摘要
CAP1400核电钢制安全壳底封头(简称:CV底封头)作为钢制安全壳的最底层,根据现场施工情况,需采用"倒装法"施工工艺完成拼装工作并且采用18根支撑柱对CV底封头上部第一圈板(BH1板)进行支撑。18根支撑短柱作为BH1板组装过程中的唯一支撑结构,其定位及安装精度最为关键,同时也是需要重点解决的难点问题。本文主要通过对18根支撑短柱安装图纸的分析和对施工便利性的考虑,比较分析了BH1板卧式与立式两种支撑短柱安装工艺,并做出立式的选择。
CAP1400 nuclear power steel safety shell bottom head( hereinafter referred to as cv bottom head) as the bottom layer of steel safety shell,according to the site construction situation,need to adopt the "flip-chip"construction technology to complete the assembly work and use 18 support columns to CV bottom head upper first ring plate( bh1 plate). As the only supporting structure in bh1 plate assembly process,the positioning and installation accuracy of 18 short columns is the most critical and difficult problem to be solved. In this paper,through the analysis of the installation drawings of 18 short supporting columns and the consideration of construction convenience,the installation process of bh1 plate horizontal and vertical short supporting columns is compared and analyzed,and the vertical selection is made.
