摘要
预应力管桩具有施工速度快、工效高、工期短、单桩承载力高和造价便宜等特点,当条件允许时,地基基础常采用预应力管桩。本文通过介绍广州黄埔区某住宅工程项目预应力管桩竖向抗压承载力试验分析的过程,阐述了如何从检测方面来预应力管桩的质量,以满足工程质量的要求。
prestressed pipe pile has the characteristics of fast construction speed,high efficiency,short construction time,high bearing capacity of single pile and low cost,etc. When conditions permit,prestressed pipe pile is often used in Foundation. This paper introduces the process of test and analysis of vertical compressive capacity of prestressed pipe pile in a residential project in Huangpu district,Guangzhou,and explains how to measure the quality of prestressed pipe pile to meet the requirements of engineering quality.
