物流服务水平影响需求下双渠道供应链物流模式选择

在综合前人研究的基础上构建了包含供应商、零售商以及物流外包商(在物流外包情况下)的双渠道供应链,针对不同物流模式下供应链成员的收益与物流服务水平进行比较分析,试图找出影响物流模式选择决定的影响因素,从而为双渠道供应链在决定物流外包还是自营时提供一定的理论依据。研究表明,对于零售商而言,无论供应商选择物流自营还是物流外包,零售商都倾向于选择物流外包;对于供应商而言,物流模式的选择主要取决于自身物流运营能力和物流成本控制的水平。
On the basis of previous studies, this paper constructed a dual-channel supply chain system including suppliers, retailers and logistics outsourcers(in the case of logistics outsourcing). Then it compared the income and logistics service level of the supply chain members under different logistics modes in order to find out the influencing factors decisive in the selection of logistics modes. The result showed that, for retailers, whether the suppliers choose self-management or outsourcing, the retailers tend to choose logistics outsourcing; for suppliers, the selection of logistics mode mainly depends on their own logistics operation ability and logistics cost control level.
