摘要
目的:研究燕窝酸(SA)对小鼠急性脑缺血及活血化瘀的作用。方法:将昆明种小鼠随机分为对照组、尼莫地平或阿司匹林(18mg·kg-1)组及SA低、中、高剂量(28mg·kg-1、55mg·kg-1、110mg·kg-1)组。采用迅速断头法、结扎双侧颈总动脉及迷走神经法观察SA对小鼠急性脑缺血的作用;采用载玻片法和玻璃毛细血管法观察SA对小鼠凝血时间的影响;采用断尾出血法观察SA对小鼠出血时间影响。结果:与对照组比较,SA低、中、高剂量组小鼠断头后张口次数和喘息时间显著增加(均P<0.01),结扎双侧颈总动脉和迷走神经后存活时间显著延长(均P<0.01),小鼠断尾出血时间明显延长(均P<0.05),载玻片法和玻璃毛细管法显示小鼠凝血时间显著延长(均P<0.05)。结论:SA具有明显的抗小鼠急性脑缺血和活血化瘀作用。
        Objective:To study the effects of sialic acid(SA)on acute-cerebral ischemia(ACI)in mice and promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis action.Methods:Mice were randomly divided into control group,nimodipine or aspirin group(18 mg/kg-1)and SA low,medium and high-dose(28 mg·kg-1,55 mg·kg-1,110 mg·kg-1)groups.The influence of SA on ACI was investigated by decapitation method and ligation of bilateral common carotid artery and vagus.The effects of SA on coagulation time and bleeding time of mice were determined by glass-tube method and slide method,and cutting tail tip method,respectively.Results:Compared with the control group,the mice open-mouth times and breathing time after decapitation were significantly increased in different concentrations of SA groups(P<0.01).The survival time after ligation of bilateral common carotid artery and vagus were markedly prolonged by administration of SA(P<0.01).The bleeding time and coagulation time of mice were notably prolonged by treatment of SA(P<0.05).Conclusion:SA exerted obvious anti-cerebral ischemia effect and promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis action in mice.
