毫针配合梅花针及锋勾针治疗无先兆型偏头痛

摘要
目的观察毫针配合梅花针及锋勾针治疗无先兆型偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将纳入的无先兆偏头痛患者随机分成复合针具组和西药治疗组。复合针具组给予标准化的优势针具组合方案(毫针配合梅花针及锋勾针)治疗,西药组给予麦角胺咖啡因、氟桂利嗪序贯治疗,疗程均为2个月。治疗结束1个月后比较2组方案效果。结果 2组患者治疗结束1个月后头痛评分、健康调查SF-36量表各维度得分均较治疗前明显改善(P <0.05)。治疗后复合针具组偏头痛程度、发作次数、伴随症状、疼痛综合评分,生理职能(RP)、身体疼痛(BP)、社会功能(SF)、活力(VT)等评分的改善优于西药组(P<0.05)。复合针具组治疗有效率(94.87%)高于西药组(82.50%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论复合针具毫针配合梅花针及锋勾针治疗无先兆型偏头痛疗效确切,可缓解头痛,可在一定程度上恢复患者的生理及心理健康,提高生存质量。
Objective To observe clinical effects of acupuncture combined with plum-blossom needle and crochet needle on aura-absence migraine patients.Methods The subjects were randomly divided into compound needle group(acupuncture treatment combined with Plum-blossom needle and crochet needle) and western medicine group(Ergotamine caffeine and Flunarizine).The tr eatment cycle was two months.Then one month later,the recent curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of headache scores and SF-36 scale were significantly improved in both groups after one month of treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of migraine degree,attack times,accompanying symptoms,pain comprehensive score,physiological function(RP),body pain,(BP),social function(SF),vitality(VT) in the compound needle group was better than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the compound needles group(94.87%) were significantly higher than those of the western medicine group(82.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with plum-blossom needle and crochet needle is effective in the treatment of migraine without aura,which can relieve headache,recover the physiological and mental health of patients,and improve the quality of life.
