避雨栽培措施对信阳五月鲜桃果实生长的影响

摘要
为了探究信阳地区适宜的桃树设施栽培措施,以信阳地区五月鲜桃为试材,以露天栽培为对照,分析不同避雨栽培措施下五月鲜桃果实发育过程中果实纵径和横径以及可溶性糖、可滴定酸、花青苷含量的变化。结果表明,露天栽培措施下果实纵径和横径、可溶性糖含量、花青苷含量基本上在各个时期均最低,避雨条件下采用覆草栽培措施果实纵径和横径最大,可溶性糖和花青苷含量均最高,采收期糖酸比显著高于对照。因此,与露天栽培相比,避雨栽培条件能给信阳五月鲜桃提供更为优良的生长环境,且避雨条件下采用覆草栽培措施果实表现最优。
        In order to research some suitable protected cultivation measures for peach trees in Xiangyang region,Xiangyang Wuyuexian Peach was used as test material, and no-shelter cultivation was used as control, changes of fruit longitudinal diameter, fruit transverse diameter, soluble sugar content, titratable acid content and anthocyanin content in fruits during fruit development were analyzed under different rain-shelter cultivation measures. The results showed that longitudinal diameter, fruit transverse diameter, soluble sugar content and anthocyanin content in fruits at each speriod were the lowest under the condition of no-shelter cultivation, while longitudinal diameter, fruit transverse diameter,soluble sugar content and anthocyanin content in fruits under the condition of rain-shelter cultivation were the highest in mulching straw treatment, and sugar-acid ratio was significantly higher than that of the control. So conditions of rain-shelter could provide a better growth environment for growth of Wuyuexian Peach than no-shelter cultivation, and mulching straw measure was the best under the condition of rain-shelter.
