摘要
镍石墨涂层是一种硬度较低、广泛应用于发动机中温段的可磨耗封严涂层。采用火焰喷涂的方法制备镍石墨封严涂层,并通过喷涂工艺参数摸索及涂层性能测试确定了火焰喷涂镍石墨涂层满足使用性能条件的喷涂参数,同时也确定了镍石墨涂层硬度和镍含量的关系。
The nickel-graphite coating is an abradable seal coating with a low hardness and widely used in the mid-temperature section of engine.In this paper,a nickel-graphite-sealable coating was prepared by flame spraying method.The spraying parameters of flame spraying nickel-graphite coating satisfying the conditions of use were determined by the coating process parameters and coating performance test,and the relationship between the hardness of the coating and the content of nickel was determined.
