大白菜抗根肿病的抗源筛选和分子标记鉴定

摘要
以3种根肿菌M01、M02、M03为病原菌菌源,对24份大白菜材料进行接种鉴定和分子标记鉴定,旨在获得优良的抗源材料并明确材料中含有的抗病基因。结果表明:24份大白菜材料中共有10份抗病材料,5份材料对3种根肿菌都表现抗病:其中CR004和CR007含有根肿病抗病基因CRk,CR013含有抗病基因CRa、CRb~(kato)、CRk和Crr3,CR015和CR016含有抗病基因CRa、CRb~(kato)和Crr3;3份材料对根肿菌M01和M02表现抗病:CR012含有抗病基因CRa和CRb~(kato),CR014和CR018含有抗病基因CRa、CRb~(kato)和CRk;抗根肿菌M01的材料CR021含有抗病基因Crr2和CRk;抗根肿菌M02的材料CR023含有抗病基因CRc和CRk。
        Twenty-four Chinese cabbage(Brassica rapa L. ssp. chinensis)materials were inoculated with 3 kinds of Plasmodiophora brassicae M01,M02 and M03,and all the lines were identified by molecular markers in order to obtain excellent anti-sources and to confirm all materials containing disease resistant genes. The results showed that there were 10 out of 24 materials were resistant to disease. Among them 5 were resistant to 3 kinds of Plasmodiophora. Lines CR004 and CR007 contained the disease resistant gene CRk,CR013 containing disease resistant genes CRa,CRb~(kato),CRk and Crr3. CR015 and CR016 contained the disease resistant genes CRa,CRb~(kato) and Crr3. All 3 materials showed resistance to M01 and M02. Line CR012 contained disease resistant genes CRa and CRb~(kato). CR014 and CR018 contained disease resistant genes CRa,CRb~(kato) and CRk. The CR021 line contained disease resistant genes Crr2 and CRk. The CR023 line contained disease resistant genes CRc and CRk showed resistance to M02.
