院前-院内一体化急救护理程序对急性脑出血患者救治结局影响分析

摘要
目的:针对急性脑出血患者按照院前-院内一体化急救护理程序实施护理,针对最终救治结果的影响进行分析。方法:研究共计纳入病例84例(均为某院在2016年1月～2017年8月所接诊病例),按照随机抽选的方式于组内任选42例为对照组由患者家属送至医院后实施对应救治操作,余下42例患者为观察组结合院前-院内一体化急救护理对策实施护理,对救治结果间差异性加以比较。结果:通过统计可以发现,观察组于本次研究中救治用时短于对照组,且在并发症情况上同样存在优势,P<0.05。结论:针对急性脑出血患者按照院前-院内一体化模式进行护理能明显缩短该部分患者救治用时,更能达到对并发症控制的效果。
Objective: To carry out the pre hospital-hospital integration first aid nursing procedure according to the patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage, and to analyze the influence of final treatment result. Methods: 84 cases(all cases received from January,2016 to August,2017 in a hospital) were included in the study. 42 cases were randomly selected from the group, and the corresponding treatment was carried out after the patients' families sent to the hospital, as the control group. While other 42 cases of patients were given the pre hospital-hospital integration first aid nursing procedure, as the observation group. The differences of treatment results were compared. Results: According to the statistics, it was found that the treatment time in the observation group was shorter than the control group, and there wasalso an advantage in the complications, P<0.05. Conclusion: According to the pre hospital-hospital integration first aid nursing procedure for patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage can significantly shorten the treatment time of this part of patients, and can much more achieve the effect of complication control.
