摘要
为了提高棉油脂肪酸皂捕收剂的浮选性能,将正十二醇、酒石酸反应合成一种表面活性剂,复配到此棉油酸皂中,得到一种新型的复配型捕收剂,用于四川清平地区中低品位胶磷矿的浮选试验。考察了正十二醇与酒石酸反应温度、合成物料配比、反应时间、复配物料配比对棉油脂肪酸皂的浮选性能影响。浮选试验结果表明:两者投料配比、合成温度、反应时间对浮选性能有较大影响;试验确定了正十二醇、酒石酸合成物料质量比为2.5:1、反应温度160℃、反应时间60 min的酯化的条件;将酒石酸/十二醇合成药剂与棉油酸皂复配,其质量比为1:5所获得的捕收剂在药剂用量为0.6 kg/t时,相比于棉油脂肪酸皂,复配的捕收剂得到的浮选精矿的产率为75.86%、回收率为87.42%,远高于棉油酸皂的43.66%和48.32%;相比于三种现有的捕收剂,三种药剂的用量为1.2kg/t,所得到的精矿产率为50%~60%、回收率为56%~68%,明显低于复配药剂用量为0.6kg/t时的浮选指标。合成药剂与原料的红外光谱分析证明:正十二醇和酒石酸发生了化学反应,生成了酒石酸十二烷基酯。该复配型捕收剂对该四川胶磷矿具有较强的捕收能力和较好的选择性。
        In order to improve the flotation performance of cottonseed oil soap collectors, a surfactant was synthesized by the reaction of dodecanol and acid,then mixed with cottonseed oil soap,so a new kind of compound collophanite collector is obtained, and used it in the flotation of Sichuan Qingping mid-low grade collophanite.Effects of the reaction temperature, ratio of synthetic materials, reaction time and the ratio of compounded materials of dodecanol and tartaric acid on flotation performance of fatty acid soap were studied. The flotation test results indicate that: The ratio of the two materials, the synthesis temperature and the reaction time had a great influence on the flotation performance; the esterification conditions of dodecanol and tartaric acid were determined to be 2.5 : 1, reaction temperature 160 ℃, reaction time 60 min; the tartaric acid/dodecanol synthetic agent and the cottonseed oil soap were compounded with the mass ratio of 1: 5 to obtain the collector, compared with cottonseed oil soap raw material, under the same dosage of 0.6 kg/t, synthesized reagent flotation concentrate with yield of 75.86%, recovery of 87.42%, much higher than43.66% and48.32% for cottonseed oil soap, and beneficiation efficiency was 11.56%, higher than the 4.66% for cottonseed oil soap; compared with the three collectors which have been put into the factory to produce, collector, compared with three existing collectors, when dosage of four kinds of mature collector is 1.2 kg/t, the concentrate yield rate of 50% ~ 60%,the recovery rate is 56% ~ 68%,worse than flotation index on synthetic reagent with dosage of 0.6 kg/t. The infrared spectra analysis of synthetic reagent and raw materials proved that dodecanol and tartaric acid reacted to form dodecyl tartrate. The compound type collector had strong ability of collecting and good selectivity to the Sichuan phosphate rock.
