摘要
为了优化棉油脂肪酸皂浮选磷矿的性能,在棉油脂肪酸皂中添加一种合成的表面活性剂,获得一种新型的复配捕收剂,此表面活性剂由酒石酸与正十二醇反应得到。将此复配捕收剂应用于四川清平地区中低品位胶磷矿浮选试验中,研究了酒石酸与正十二醇合成表面活性剂时的合成温度、物料配比、合成时间对合成药剂酯化率和棉油脂肪酸皂的浮选性能的影响,以及捕收剂的浮选性能与酯化率之间的关系。试验结果表明:两者投料配比、合成温度、反应时间对合成药剂酯化率和捕收剂浮选性能有较大影响;确定了正十二醇、酒石酸合成物料质量比为2.5∶1、反应温度160℃、反应时间60min的酯化条件;酒石酸与正十二醇反应的酯化率对捕收剂的浮选性能有一定影响,酯化率在83%~85%时药剂浮选性能较好。正十二醇与酒石酸合成药剂与原料的红外光谱分析证明:正十二醇和酒石酸发生了化学反应,生成了酒石酸十二烷基酯。气相色谱质谱联用仪测试结果显示,正十二醇和酒石酸酯化生成了含量较高的酒石酸与十二醇的酯化产物。
        In order to optimize the flotation performance of cotton oleic acid soap,a synthetic surfactant was compounded in cotton oleic acid soap to obtain a new type of composite collector by the reaction of tartaric acid with n-dodecanol.The collector was applied to the flotation test of low grade collophane in Qingping District,Sichuan.Investigation was made into effects of reaction temperature,ratio of synthetic materials,reaction time of todecanol and tartaric acid on the tartaric acid/n-dodecanol esterification rate and the flotation performance of cottonseed fatty acid soap and the relationship between the flotation performance of the collector and the esterification rate.The flotation test results indicated that the ratio of the two materials,the synthesis temperature and the reaction time had a great influence on the flotation performance and the esterification rate.The esterification conditions were determined to be mass ratio of tartaric acid-n-dodecanol 2.5∶1,reaction temperature 160 ℃ and reaction time 60 min.The esterification rate of tartaric acid/n-dodecanol had a certain influence on the flotation performance of the collector,and the flotation performance of the agent was better when the esterification rate was 83% ~85%.Analysis of n-dodecanol and tartaric acid synthetic chemicals and raw materials by infrared spectroscopy showed that dodecanol reacted with tartaric acid to form dodecyl tartrate.The results of gas chromatography mass spectrometry showed that the esterification of n-dodecanol and tartaric acid produced the esterification products with high content of tartaric acid-dodecanol.
