摘要
为了研究选矿回水对正、反浮选的影响,以某地磷矿及选矿回水为研究对象,利用水质分析测定了回水中的离子组分,通过单一正、反浮选考察了回水对正、反浮选指标的影响,并采取加温措施消除回水对浮选指标的影响,且通过闭路试验验证了加温浮选方案的可行性。试验结果表明:回水中Ca2+、Mg2+、SO42-、PO43-、F-含量均远超武汉市自来水中这些离子的含量;对于正浮选而言,回水浮选与清水浮选相比精矿P2O5品位降低0.49%~1.25%,P2O5回收率降低6.67%~12.24%;对于反浮选而言,回水对浮选指标几乎没有影响。通过对回水进行加温浮选能一定程度消除回水对正浮选的影响,加温到40℃的浮选指标接近清水浮选指标;闭路试验结果显示加温浮选的浮选指标接近清水浮选指标,表明上述加温浮选的方案是可行的。
In order to explore the influence of mineral processing backwater on direct and reverse flotation,with a phosphate mine and its backwater taken as the research object,the ion components in the backwater were determined by water quality analysis and the influence of backwater on the indexes of direct and reverse flotation was investigated by single direct and reverse flotation.The influence of backwater on flotation index was eliminated by heating,and the feasibility of heating flotation scheme was verified by closed-circuit test.The results show that the contents of Ca2+,Mg2+,SO42-,PO43-,F-in the backwater are much higher than those in the Wuhan tap water.For positive flotation,the grade of phosphate concentrate P2 O5 is decreased by 0.49%~1.25% and the recovery of P2 O5 is reduced by 6.67% ~12.24% with the backwater flotation compared with the clean water flotation.For reverse flotation,the backwater has little effect on the flotation indexes.The effect of backwater on the direct flotation can be eliminated to a certain extent by heating the backwater and in the flotation with heating up to 40 ℃,the result is close to the indexes of clean water.The closed-circuit test results show that the flotation indexes of heating flotation are close to those of clean water flotation,indicating that the above scheme is feasible.
