细节管理前移模式在降低管腔器械返洗率中的应用

摘要
目的探讨细节管理前移模式在消毒供应中心中对降低管腔器械返洗率中的应用。方法我院消毒供应中心于2016年4—8月使用传统模式对管腔器械的清洗进行管理为对照组;2016年9月—2017年1月我院使用细节管理前移模式对管腔器械进行管理为观察组。比较两组管理模式下的管腔器械的返洗率及灭菌后器械的合格率。结果对照组返洗率为9.69%,灭菌后合格率为97.67%;观察组返洗率为0.71%,灭菌后合格率为100%。两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心应用细节管理模式能够显著降低管腔器械的返洗率,提高灭菌后器械的合格率,进一步保证临床科室的使用安全。
Objective To explore the application of detailed management forward mode in reducing the rate of washing of luminal instruments in the disinfection supply center.Methods From April to August 2016,the control group used the traditional mode to manage the cleaning of luminal instruments in sterilization supply center of our hospital;From September 2016 to January 2017,observation group used the detailed management forward mode to manage the lumen instruments.The rate of return of the lumen instruments and the qualified rate of the sterilized instruments were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of re washing in the control group was 9.69%,and the qualified rate after sterilization was 97.67%;the rate of re washing in observation group was 0.71%,and the qualified rate after sterilization was 100%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The application details management mode of the disinfection supply center can reduce the rate of washing and washing of the luminal instruments,improve the qualified rate of the sterilized instruments,and further ensure the safety of the clinical departments.
