摘要
制备了鞋用网印热敏浆料,通过流变仪研究了浆料的流变行为,并初步探讨了浆料的制备及使用性能。结果表明,优化如下制备条件:搅拌速率为3000 rpm,搅拌时间达到30 min,硬脂酸用量为4 wt%,固含量为40 wt%,可以制备鞋用网印热敏浆料。浆料网印线条连贯、清晰,干燥时间为180 s,干燥后与鞋面结合紧密,且没有变色;浆料线条在328 K以上可以从玫红色转变为无色,具有典型的热敏特性,可作为鞋材网印定位线材料。
Screen printing thermosensitive slurry for shoes was prepared,and its rheological behavior was studied.Preparation and properties of such slurry was also investigated.It is shown that,the optimized preparation conditions were achieved as follow,stirring rate is 3000 rpm,stirring time is 30 min,stearic acid amount is 4wt%,solid content is 40wt%.As a result,screen printing thermosensitive slurry for shoes was successfully prepared.The slurry printing line is coherent and clear,and its drying time is 180 s.The dried slurry printing line is tightly adhered to the surface of shoes without discoloration.The as-prepared thermosensitive slurry could change from rose red to colourless when temperature reaches 328 K,thus could be used for screen printing thermosensitive slurry for shoes.
