摘要
近年来,随着分子生物学技术的飞速发展,肠道微生物作为一个"器官"受到越来越广泛的关注。肠道微生物与机体免疫系统相互作用,共同维持机体的免疫稳态。肠道菌群失调可能是肝移植术后发生感染、排斥反应等并发症的重要原因。通过选择性去污、缺血预处理、益生菌和粪便菌群移植等手段干预肠道微生物可在一定程度上改善肝移植受者预后。
        Recently,intestinal flora,as an organ,is being paid much more attention accompanied with rapid development of molecular biotechnology. Intestinal microbiota maintains the balance of immune state through interaction with immune system. Intestinal dysbacteriosis might be one of the reasons for complications after liver transplantation such as infection and rejection. Strategies such as selective digestive decontamination,ischemic preconditioning,probiotics and fecal microbiota transplantation can improve prognosis of liver transplantation.
