摘要
乳腺癌筛查是降低病死率的有效方法,乳腺X线和超声检查为乳腺癌的主要筛查方法。乳腺X线对微小钙化敏感,而乳腺超声不受腺体密度影响,可清晰显示肿块型病灶边界、内部和周围组织,二者联合筛查乳腺癌是目前研究热点。本文就乳腺X线联合超声筛查乳腺癌的研究进展作一综述。
        Breast cancer screening is an effective method to reduce breast cancer mortality. It mainly depends on mammography and ultrasonography. Mammography is sensitive to microcalcification. Ultrasonography is not affected by breast density, and it can display the edge, internal and surrounding tissue structure of tumor clearly. The combination of these two methods has become the research hotspot recently. This paper reviews the research progress of screening of breast cancer by mammography combined with ultrasonography.
