摘要
由于我国传统的钎焊工艺成本较高、不美观等的不足,为此提出对铝合金及铝基复合材料超声钎焊工艺的研究。对超声钎焊工艺材料进行选择,以传统钎焊工艺为参照,实现辅助填缝钎焊工艺,从微观角度出发,完成对钎焊工艺复合接头的设计。通过实验论证得出,采用铝合金及铝基复合材料超声钎焊工艺进行对金属进行焊接具有良好的金属性能和外观,节省焊接成本。
        Due to the shortage of traditional brazing technology in China, the ultrasonic brazing technology of aluminum alloy and aluminum matrix composites is studied. The ultrasonic brazing process material is selected and the traditional brazing technology is used as reference to realize the auxiliary filler brazing process. From the micro point of view, the design of the joint of brazing process is completed. Through the experimental demonstration, it is found that the ultrasonic brazing process of aluminum alloy and aluminum matrix composite has good metal performance and appearance, and saves the cost of welding.
