摘要
为解决目前选煤厂浮选机分选效果差,效率低等问题,设计了一种新型的机械搅拌式浮选机。首先对浮选机的结构以及工作原理进行了详细介绍,然后对浮选机的槽体、叶轮形状及转速和刮泡结构等重要部件进行了重新设计,并在此基础了新增加了假底稳流板以保证浮选效果更加可靠[1]。最后将设计的浮选机进行了现场实际检验,检验结果表明,新型机械搅拌式浮选机的分选效果、分选效率以及浮选精度都有明显提高,可以适应不同灰分煤泥的分选,且使用寿命也有所提升,具有一定的推广价值。
        In order to solve the problems of poor separation effect and low efficiency of flotation machine in coal preparation plant, a new type of mechanical stirring flotation machine is designed. Firstly, the structure and working principle of the flotation machine are introduced in detail, and then the important parts of the flotation machine, such as groove body, impeller shape, rotational speed and bubble structure, are re-designed. On this basis, a new pseudo-bottom steady-flow plate is added to ensure the floatation effect is more reliable [1]. Finally, the designed flotation machine is tested on the spot. The test results show that the separation effect, separation efficiency and flotation precision of the new type mechanical agitation flotation machine are obviously improved, which can adapt to different kinds of ash. Separation of coal slime, and service life has been improved, has a certain value of promotion.
