摘要
目的:探讨运用双钥匙曲近中移动下颌第一磨牙纠正Ⅱ类错畸形的临床效果。方法:选择安氏Ⅱ类错畸形,需拔除下颌第二前磨牙、近中移动下颌第一磨牙以改善颌位关系的患者16例,年龄14~25岁。拔牙间隙处牙槽嵴高度和宽度均正常,运用双钥匙曲近中移动第一磨牙。结果:16例病例均实现下颌第一磨牙整体移动,无近中倾斜,无升高,第一磨牙与第一前磨牙接触关系良好,间隙完全关闭。结论:运用双钥匙曲矫治技术近中移动第一磨牙的临床效果稳定并能够实现整体移动。
        Objective: To evaluate the treatment outcome of double keyhole loops in moving mandibular first molar forward,which to correct the Angle Class Ⅱ disorder. Methods: Sixteen Class Ⅱ patients aged from 14-25 years were chosen,that all the lower second premolars of these cases were extracted with average fine height and width of bone in the extraction spot. Double keyhole loops were used to move the mandibular molars forward in order to correct distal molar relationship.Lateral cephalometric radiographs were taken and cephalometric analysis were done before and after treatment. Data were analyzed by using pairedt-test. Results: All the lower molars moved forward bodily with no inclination or elevation,and extraction spaces were closed with satisfied contact area between lower first premolars and first molars. Conclusion: It is efficient to use double keyhole loops in moving the distal first molar forward bodily.
