摘要
近年来,食品安全问题逐渐得到关注,众多食品安全事件也引发了消费者的信任危机。汞作为重金属元素当中的一种,对人类以及植物具有相当大的毒害作用,对给人类的健康带来极大危害。本文对食品样品汞检测前处理方法及汞的检测技术进行了综述,以期为相关人员在汞检测方法的选择方面提供参考。
        In recent years, food safety issues have gradually gained attention, and many food safety incidents have also triggered consumer confidence crisis. As one of the heavy metal elements, mercury has a considerable toxic effect on humans and plants, and it is extremely harmful to human health. This paper reviewed the pretreatment methods of food samples and the detection techniques of mercury, in order to provide references for relevant personnel in the selection of mercury detection methods.
