基于全生命周期的生产商回收锅炉设备研究

摘要
分析了锅炉的定制性和结构复杂性,介绍了废旧物品常用的回收模式。根据锅炉目前回收模式存在的不足,提出了在生产商延伸责任制下锅炉生产商负责回收模式。通过对生产商负责回收模式进行SWOT分析,得出四种战略选择,即增长型战略应采取生产商负责回收锅炉制品模式,拓展型战略应采取以生产企业为主导的第三方回收企业回收模式,弥补型战略应建立生产商联合体,组成企业间回收联盟,防御型战略应建立覆盖面广的回收网络。研究结论为锅炉企业选择合适的回收模式提供了依据。
The customization and the structure complexity of boiler were analyzed and the waste materials recycling modes commonly used were introduced. According to the shortcomings of the current recovery boiler model,boiler manufacturers responsible for recycling mode was put forward in the extended producer responsibility system. Through the SWOT analysis of original equipment manufacture take-back(OEMT),the four strategic choices were obtained.Namely in the growth strategy original equipment manufacture take-back(OEMT)model should be taken,in the expand strategy third-party take-hack(TPT)model dominated by original equipment manufacture should be taken,in the make up strategy producer responsibility organization(PRO)should be established,and in defensive strategy Recycling network coverage should be established. The conclusions of this paper provide the basis for the selection of appropriate recovery mode for the boiler enterprises.
