凝结宝贵的经验 守望事业的春天——学习王伟光同志在中国地方志指导小组五届一次会议讲话的体会

摘要
在第二轮修志加快进行、第三轮修志准备工作即将提上工作日程的关键时期,笔者结合新时期地方志工作发展的全局大业,认真学习中国社会科学院院长、中国地方志指导小组组长王伟光在中国地方志指导小组五届一次会议上的讲话,就进一步推动全国地方志事业创新发展,有六点学习体会:1.认识要更深化,牢牢把握大好时代氛围和发展机遇;2.站位要更高远,自觉以继承弘扬优秀文化传统为己任;3.思路要更明晰,紧紧抓住编修高质量地方志的工作重心;4.发展要更科学,大力完善方志学理论研究和学科体系建设;5.思路要更开阔,积极探索方志资源宝库的开发利用空间;6.内功要更扎实,全面提升修志人员的专业水平和业务能力。
At the crucial period during which the second-round local records compilation is in rapid progress and preparation work for the third-round local records compilation is about to be listed in the agenda,the author of this article,in combination with the overall picture of our great cause of local records work development during the new period,after carefully studying the speech at the First Meeting of the Fifth China Local Records Steering Group by Mr.Wang Weiguang,President of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Head of China Local Records Steering Group,wishes to share the following six points of personal understandings about pushing forward innovation and development of nationwide local records cause:1.Our understandings must be further deepened to firmly grasp the development opportunity under the favorable atomsphere of the age;2.Our goal must be positioned higher and with more forward-looking nature and we should conscienciously make it our own task to inherit and promote outstanding cultural heritage;3.Our thinking must be more clear-cut to firmly grasp the key work of compiling high quality local records;4.Development must be more scientific and we should put more emphasis on perfecting local records studies theoretical research and academic subject system construction;5.Out thinking must be broader and we should actively explore the space of developing and utilizing the treasure of local records resources;6.Our capacity must be sstrengthened and we should comprehensively unlift the prefessional level and capabilities of all local records compilation workers.
