木塑外墙板中外抗风压设计规范与检测标准综述

摘要
针对中国GB 50009-2012《建筑荷载规范》、美国规范(ASCE 7-10、IBC 2018),澳洲规范(BCA-2016,AS/NZS 1170)、欧洲规范(EN 1991-1-4,ERUOCODE1)中的风荷载计算方法、基本参数的定义和取值进行了全面的比较。对地面粗糙度、重现周期、不同时距的风速进行了对比。对于不同时距的风速通过德斯特曲线进行了比较和换算,对重现期进行对比和换算。对中、欧、美、澳建筑外立面(幕墙、门窗和外墙板)的风压测试方法进行了总结,对压力箱法和气袋法做了介绍。选取了中国的城市广州和深圳,英国伦敦和爱丁堡,美国加利福尼亚和佛罗里达,澳大利亚风区A和飓风区C和D,针对10m以下高度的外墙板进行了负向风压计算。对抗风压结构计算法做了介绍,提供了改善木塑外墙板抗风压的方法和思路。该文可以为相关木塑外墙板企业的产品研发、设计与出口检测认证提供参考。
        The wind load calculation methods,definitions and values of basic parameters in GB 50009-2012,ASCE 7-10,IBC 2018,BCA-2016,AS/NZS 1170 and EN 1991-1-4,ERUOCODE1 are compared comprehensively. The surface roughness,recurrence period and wind speed at different time intervals are compared. The wind speed at different time intervals is compared and converted through Durst curve,and the recurrence period is compared and converted. This paper summarizes test methods of the wind pressure for exterior facades(curtain walls,doors and windows,and exterior wall panels) of buildings in China,Europe,America and Australia,and introduces the pressure box method and air bag method. Negative wind pressures were calculated for the exterior wall panels below 10 m height in Guangzhou and Shenzhen,London and Edinburgh,California and Florida,Australian Wind Zone A and Hurricane Zone C and D. The calculation method of wind-resistant structure is introduced,and the method and idea of improving the wind-resistant performance of wood-plastic composites exterior wall panels are provided. This paper can provide reference for product development,design and export certification of relevant wood-plastic composites exterior wallboard enterprises.
