摘要
针对车用永磁同步牵引电机的应用需求,提出一种基于母线电压变化实时调整的定子电流优化控制方法。电动汽车运行中由于电池的充放电过程引起直流母线电压变化,造成电机的基速和转折速度变化,导致电流调节器失控与电机系统电压利用率低。因此,基于母线电压变化的控制策略,提出依据母线电压等效折合,同比调整电角速度的方法,直接对控制指令进行实时调整,有效防止调节器饱和,提高电压利用率和电机效率。仿真和试验结果证明了该方法的有效性。
        An optimal stator current control method was presented for the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)in electric vehicle application which could adjust the control value in real time according to the DC-link voltage variation.Since the battery of the electric vehicle had the process of the charging and discharging during the operation,the DC-link voltage of the inverter would be variable in real time.As a result,it would change the base speed,turning speed and lead to the saturation of the current controller and the reduction of the voltage utilization.Thus,based on the control strategy considering the DC-Link voltage variation,a new method was proposed with the adjustment of the electric angel velocity in the same proportion according to the equivalent of the DC-Link voltage.It could prevent the saturation of the current controller effectively while improve the dc-link voltage utilization and the motor efficiency.Simulation and experiment results revealed the effectiveness of the proposed method.
