摘要
为了改变低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)薄膜表面固有的惰性及疏水性,赋予其表面"永久"的亲水性能。以丙烯酸为单体,采用射频辉光放电等离子体聚合的方法对其进行了表面修饰,并用XPS、FTIR-ATR和SEM对改性前后薄膜的表面性能进行了分析。结果表明:聚合处理后薄膜表面O元素的含量明显增加,形成了C—O、C=O、COOH等含氧极性官能团,薄膜表面出现了大小不同的颗粒状丙烯酸聚合物。
        In order to endow the low density polyethylene( LDPE) film with the"permanent"surface hydrophilicity and change its inertness and hydrophobicity in nature,LDPE film was modified using radio frequency glow discharge plasma polymerization with the acrylic acid as the reactive monomer. The surface properties of the before and after plasma polymerization treatment were evaluated using XPS,FTIR- ATR and SEM. The results showed that the oxygen element content of the film surface increased significantly after plasma polymerization treatment and C—O,C = O and COOH of oxygen-containing functional groups were found on the surface. The film surface was coated with different sizes of granular acrylic polymer.
