摘要
设计了一种基于硅基等离子体的波导缝隙频率可重构天线。首先对横向PIN二极管进行了介绍,并以横向PIN二极管为基础提出了一种双横向PIN二极管结构,叙述了双横向PIN二极管的工作原理。其次,结合双横向PIN二极管和波导缝隙天线,提出了一种新型的波导缝隙频率可重构天线,并对天线进行建模与仿真,仿真结果表明:该天线实现了103.5、104和104.5GHz的频率可重构。
        The design of a frequency reconfigurable waveguide slot antenna using siliconbased plasma is presented in this paper.Firstly,the lateral PIN diode is introduced,and a double lateral PIN diode structure based on the lateral PIN diode is proposed.The operating principle of the double lateral PIN diode is also presented.Secondly,combining the waveguide slot antenna and the double lateral PIN diode,a new type of frequency reconfigurable waveguide slot antenna is put forward.At last,the modeling and simulation of the proposed antenna are completed.The simulation results indicated that the frequency reconfiguration of the antenna has been realized at 103.5,104 and 104.5GHz.
