摘要
目的观察小柴胡汤对慢性日本血吸虫感染小鼠的肠道保护作用。方法建立慢性血吸虫感染小鼠模型并分为未治疗感染组与小柴胡汤干预组,干预组从感染第4周开始连续给药四周,感染对照组不作处理,通过肠道病理学检查、粪便虫卵计数、小鼠生存状态观察等评价小柴胡汤干预效果。结果组织病理学检查未治疗组感染小鼠结肠粘膜层、固有层破坏严重,有部分脱落,肠粘膜上皮坏死严重,杯状细胞较多,绒毛上皮凸起较短;小柴胡汤干预组小鼠以上病理学改变显著改善;感染后第8周,连续3次采集小鼠粪便作虫卵对照计数,小柴胡汤干预组较感染对照组的减卵率分别为14.69%、14.99%和13.95%,小鼠生存状态的观察显示,干预组小鼠整体状态与活动力较感染对照组更好。结论小柴胡汤具有减轻血吸虫感染小鼠的肠道损伤作用,因此可尝试用于血吸虫感染致肠道疾病的治疗。
        Objective To examine the intestinal protection provided by the Xiao Chaihu decoction in mice chronically infected with Schistosoma japonicum. Methods Mice were divided into two groups after infection with S. japonicum. In the fourth week post-infection, the Xiao Chaihu(XCH) decoction was orally administered to mice in the treatment group for four weeks, whereas the infection group received no other treatment. The effect of the Xiao Chaihu decoction was evaluated based on intestinal pathology, fecal egg count, and survival. Results Intestinal pathology indicated that the infection group had severely disrupted colonic mucosa and lamina propria, detachment in some areas, intestinal epithelial necrosis, increased goblet cells, and villous shortening. The intestines of the XCH group displayed marked improvement. Three fecal examinations in the eighth week post-infection indicated that the eggs per gram in feces of mice had decreased 14.69%, 14.99%, and 13.95%. Mice in the XCH group fared better than the infection group in terms of their physical state and activity. Conclusion The Xiao Chaihu decoction reduced intestinal damage in mice with schistosomiasis. This finding has provided a theoretical foundation for the treatment of intestinal diseases.
