摘要
总结棉与银纤维混纺色织物的设计要点。甲经为棉/银纤维90/10 14.6 tex纱,乙经为JC 14.6 tex纱,甲经∶乙经=1∶7;甲纬为棉/银纤维90/10 14.6 tex纱,乙纬为JC 14.6 tex纱,甲纬∶乙纬=1∶7。介绍了经纬色纱排列和工艺流程;对织造前的工艺进行了计算;针对主要工艺参数进行了优选,最终成功开发了棉与银纤维混纺色织物,其抗菌性和电磁屏蔽效果良好。认为:该织物的设计方法可应用于生产保健床单、内衣内裤、屏蔽服等银纤维特种纺织品。
        Design key points of cotton and silver plated fiber blended colored fabric were summarized. Cotton /silver plated fiber 90 /10 14. 6 tex yarn was used as A warp,JC 14. 6 tex yarn was used as B warp. Ratio of A warp and B warp is 1∶ 7. Cotton /silver plated fiber 90 /10 14. 6 tex yarn was used as A weft,JC 14. 6 tex yarn was used as B weft.Ratio of A weft and B weft is 1∶ 7. Colored yarn arrangement and process line of warp and weft were introduced. Processing parameter before weaving was calculated. Main processing parameters were optimized. Finally blended colored fabric of cotton and silver plated fiber can be developed successfully,the antibacterial property and electromagnetic shielding property of the fabric are better. It is considered that the design methods can be used to design silver plated fiber special textiles such as healthcare sheets,underwear,shielding clothes.
