摘要
病毒性疾病具有广泛的传播性与流行性,给人们健康带来严重的危害,已成为目前研究热点之一。硒是人体必需微量元素,与病毒性疾病发病和传播密切相关。本文综述了当前国内外硒与病毒性疾病的研究进展,包括硒与克山病、艾滋病、病毒性肝炎、流感和手足口病等疾病的关系及相关研究,并在此基础上分析了硒干预病毒性疾病的作用机制,探索了硒及不同硒蛋白作为预防药物开发、相关病毒性疾病治疗和药物筛选靶标的可能性。
        Viral disease has great communicability and epidemicity and brings serious harm to peoples health, which has become one of the research hotspots currently. As an essential trace element, selenium is involved in viral infections,virulence and the development of many viral diseases. This review summarized the recent progress of selenium and viral diseases researches, including Keshan disease, AIDS, viral hepatitis, flu and hand, foot and mouth disease. The intervention effect and underlying mechanism of selenium in viral diseases were also discussed. This review also aimed at analyzing the roles of selenium and selenoproteins in viral diseases development, and exploring the potential of selenium and selenoproteins as preventive agents or the target for viral diseases treatment and drug-screening.
