摘要
采用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜技术,研究了管纹艳虎天牛雌雄成虫外部形态特征、触角和跗节感器种类及其差异。结果表明:管纹艳虎天牛雌虫腹部较雄虫腹部明显粗壮,可作为鉴别雌雄虫的主要形态依据;触角上着生有4类14种感器,即6种锥形感器、4种毛形感器、3种刺形感器和1种B?hm氏鬃毛,其中B?hm氏鬃毛和锥形感器VI仅分布于雄虫触角,锥形感器和刺形感器I型在雌雄虫触角上分布存在差异;雌雄成虫跗节上均着生有3类7种感器,即4种锥形感器、1种毛形感器和2种刺形感器,同种感器在类型、分布和数量上无明显的性二型现象。
        In this study, we conducted a comparative study on the morphological characteristics of female and male adults of Rhaphuma horsfieldi as well as sensilla of their respective antennae and tarsi using light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Results showed that female abdomen was larger compared to males in R.horsfields, which is recognized as the key morphological identification for this cerambycid beetle. Further, fourteen types of antennal sensilla were observed including 6 types of sensilla basiconica, four types of sensilla trichodea, three types of sensilla chaetica and B?hm bristles. Of these, the BB and SB-VI were present only on male antennae; and the SB and SCh-I were differentially distributed on the antennae of both sexes. In addition,seven types of sensilla were identified on female and male tarsi, consisting of 4 types of SB, one type of ST and 2 types of SCh. No obvious sexual differences were observed on the types, distribution and numbers of the same tarsal sensilla.
